- An induction period at the beginning of the academic session
- An extensive Learning Resources Centre, incorporating a Libraryand Computer Centre

- A Programme Tutor to provide academic support, to advise students who fail to make sufficient academicprogress and to provide students with guidance regarding appeals, complaint procedures and issues involvingdisciplinary procedures as well as to provide pastoral support when needed
- A Personal Tutor for each student to provide him/her with advice and support on his/her individual studyneeds
