This programme examines the nature of contract in the context of E-Commerce and the law relating to data protection and electronic finance and extends students' knowledge of the law relating to shipping and to international trade.
The structure of the programme is designed in such a way so as to offer candidates the opportunity to acquire knowledge, skills and understanding in order to face the challenges of the dynamic and complex environment of the law.
