This programme develops an understanding of the nature of international law, its sources and the relationship of international law to domestic law and extends students' knowledge of the law relating to shipping and to international trade.
The structure of the programme is designed in such a way so as to offer candidates the opportunity to acquire knowledge, skills and understanding in order to face the challenges of the dynamic and complex environment of the law.
