This programme extends students' understanding of the law relating to shipping, such as marine insurance, ancillary contracts, the ship as property and develops students' knowledge of international trade such as social, economic and political influences upon the trading relationships of parties. In addition, students are given the opportunity to broaden their expertise with the two modules that they will choose from the provided optional courses.
The structure of the programme is designed in such a way so as to offer candidates the opportunity to acquire knowledge, skills and understanding in order to face the challenges of the dynamic and complex environment of the law.
