IST’s Graduation Ceremony at Megaro Moussikis of Athens

The Graduation Ceremony is for many years a tradition at IST. This year's Graduation Ceremony will be held on February 25, 2015 at Megaro Moussikis of Athens, with the participation of the rectors and academic staff of IST and the collaborating British Institution, University of Hertfordshire.

With the presence of the General Managers of IST, Dr. G. Kastrinakis and Dr. D. Fountoukakos and leading personalities from the academic, political and business world, as well as parents, undergraduate and graduate degrees will be awarded to IST graduates, in a ceremony that follows the same ritual as that of the University of Hertfordshire in the UK.

We are proud of our graduates and want to support them in every possible way! So this year during the graduation ceremony, we want to honour one of our graduates who have excelled in their entrepreneurial, scientific or social work, thus, contributing to acknowledging the efforts and work of our graduates.

The Graduation Ceremony constitutes a special moment in IST’s student life. It is the reward of their efforts to acquire knowledge and skills that will contribute effectively to strengthening their competencies in order for them to develop and be able to cope with the ever increasing demands of modern society and economy, creating the prerequisites for a successful career.

Students will have the opportunity to celebrate with their families the end of an era and the beginning of a new one unfolding ahead of them.

At IST the focus lies on the students. Our main concern is for each student to grow and by the time of their study completion, become an educated, independent, full of confidence and skillful adult.
