"Psychoeducation and Self-Efficacy" Seminars

Participants will have the opportunity to gain theoretical knowledge and experiential applications on issues related to self-knowledge, anxiety disorders, anger management, assertiveness in the workplace and the implementation of mindfulness in psychology. 

Students and / or professionals in humanities professions would benefit from attending the seminars, as well as anyone interested in psychoeducation and in strengthening their personal skills, so as to optimize their functioning in everyday life. 

The seminars will be held from 15-19 June 2015, at the IST College facilities, Pireos 72, Moschato.
